What version of Excel do I need?

The new dynamic array functions and formulas are available on Excel 2021 and later for Windows and Mac.

Ideally, you'll want to have a Microsoft 365 account to get access to the latest functions and features, as they are not backwards compatible.

However, if you don't have access to a modern version of Excel, you can also use the free web version of Excel for the course. The web version contains all the latest function updates and is a great way to access new features.
